I am not just going to give you an exercise plan, a nutrition meal plan and leave you to it - this is a fully structured and guided online course where you learn the skills, knowledge and tools to truly impact your life

1-2-1 coaching on an ongoing basis in an outside location or from the comfort of your own home - I cover the Bordon, Whitehill and surrounding areas (please enquire if you are unsure whether I can cater for your location)
The following is included:
Individualised 1-2-1 in-person exercise plan tailored to you with 1, 2 or 3 sessions per week depending on individual requirements
Individualised nutrition plan, advice and guidance
Access to coaching and educational course materials covering mental health, nutrition, weight loss, anxiety, mindset techniques etc.
