Client Journeys
Often, those who work in the health and fitness industry market their business with a line up of before and after fat loss transformation photos to show you the amazing results they’ve achieved
I think a better way is to look at the person from every element of their health. Progress cannot be summarised in a photo, and it reduces achievements to appearance and weight loss
Even if those things are a priority on your journey (which you will still achieve) you cannot reduce how far someone has come to a picture that captures one tiny moment in time. Body type/shape is not always an indication of optimal health or happiness, and weight loss is only one of the many things you can get if you start prioritising other things as well
Here are some of the legends I have worked with and what they have achieved when using exercise to impact their whole life experience
Alongside the various testimonials and reviews, this will give you a true sense of what exercise can do for you if we focus on harnessing it’s true potential through Mental Health and Exercise Coaching
-
Emily has completely changed her life because of exercise. Her mental health significantly improved and after needing a coach to “make sure I turn up”, she now balances 3 to 4 sessions a week alongside a super busy job with difficult shift patterns
-
Anthony started coaching at a time of great change in his life. He suffered a terrible family tragedy and was left to become the sole care giver for his son with special needs. He was also told by his GP that he needed to turn his health around. Fast forward a year and he lost 30+kg, and became a more active, less stressed person able to fulfil his responsibilities for his family

Hollie needed a coaching programme to help her focus on healthy eating and regular exercise, after a successful weight loss journey. She reduced her anxiety levels, fostered a better body image and even took up regular running (after saying many times before “I’m not a runner.”)

Jordan started an exercise journey to help her cope with a difficult loss in her life. She developed a healthier relationship with exercise and food and appreciates what moving her body and looking after herself better does to her self esteem and general levels of anxiety
